Jesse Palmer – Head HauntCho & Founder
Jesse founded the charity after realizing there was a unique need in the community and no one was there to help. He loves that it allows him to create characters and share his love for all things SPOOKY! His passion and creativity are a driving force behind all that we try to do here.
Gina McGillick – VP of Eternal Oversight
I am a mother of 4 teenagers and I thrive on volunteering and helping others!
I first discovered S.C.A.R.E. while helping my children introduce an international friend to trick-or-treating. After volunteering as an actor in the Spookville haunt, I have served in various roles as part of the “Spirit Squad”. I am quite passionate about spreading our mission and recruiting others to join us in creating mayhem for a great cause.
Heather Hagar – Board Treasurer

Lisa Cosseboom – Board Director
Lisa is a School Psychologist for Ayer Shirley Public Schools. She loves working with children and helping the community in any way possible. She also volunteers at Lowell Humane Society and is a frequent “foster failure.” She has a beloved dog,
Matilda along with a couple of Guinea Pigs.
She got involved with SCARE NH through a fellow volunteer/friend and had so much fun during the haunt that she jumped on the SCARE train!
She is looking forward to being part of the process of SCARE from planning, crafting, building and scaring!
In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, traveling and does a lot of different types of artwork.
Jennifer Apt – Board Director
Jennifer is a smart, hard-working mom who loves giving back and supporting great causes. She hopes to streamline some processes within S.C.A.R.E. as it continues to expand and even cross state lines.
In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and making crafts.
Taylor Louk-McNutt – Board Director
Taylor Louk-McNutt brings a strong passion for community connection, youth engagement, and creative outreach to her role on the S.C.A.R.E. Board of Directors. With a professional background spanning nonprofit leadership, youth programming, and public service, Taylor is dedicated to building meaningful relationships that strengthen communities and expand access to inclusive, family-centered experiences.
Throughout her career, Taylor has worked extensively with children and families, including at-risk and underserved populations, designing programs that promote connection, confidence, and belonging. Her experience in law enforcement, nonprofit program leadership, and community outreach allows her to approach engagement with both empathy and strategic insight.
In her role with S.C.A.R.E., Taylor focuses on expanding partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and families to support the organization’s mission of creating safe, welcoming, and memorable Halloween experiences for all. She is especially passionate about fostering community traditions that bring people together while ensuring accessibility and inclusivity remain at the forefront.
Taylor is excited to help grow S.C.A.R.E.’s impact across New Hampshire and beyond by strengthening outreach efforts and building lasting community connections
Janice Palmer – Board Member
I truly enjoy giving back to my community in a way that allows me to express my love of Halloween and to be able to see children of all ages finding that “perfect” costume to wear on that one haunting night of the year sends tingles down my spine! Some of my favorite memories are the homemade Snoopy and the Hershey Kiss costumes my aunt made for me.
I also love being part of a family of like-minded haunters to design, build, and act in Spookville which is a one-of-a-kind experience. October is a month filled with excitement, adrenaline, and S.C.A.R.E.s!
Genarose McGillick – Board Member
Genarose is a new board member who has volunteered at Spookville for the last 2 seasons as well as donating her time to help with costume distributions.
Ileana M. – Jr. Board Member
Ileana is finishing her freshman year of high school. Her involvement with S.C.A.R.E. began when she was 11 and tried to start a costume collection – distribution program on the Seacoast region of NH and Southern Maine. She quickly realized that to have a bigger impact and help more families, she needed to grow her program bigger
in a short period of time. She contacted S.C.A.R.E. to collaborate and brought S.C.A.R.E. to the Seacoast by coordinating the first costume collection drive in South Berwick and
holding the first distribution event in Rochester. In subsequent years, she has collected costumes from stores like Walmart and from the Portsmouth area. She has also hosted distribution events at the Dover Public Library and the Children’s Museum of NH. Now
on her 5th year of involvement with S.C.A.R.E., she has been designated as the first ever junior board member and continues to support S.C.A.R.E.’s initiatives. She plans to hold fundraisers to help S.C.A.R.E. meet its financial goal of purchasing a truck to make
costume distribution to all corners of NH and its neighboring states easier.

Vera Kurek – Volunteer Bookkeeper
I’m a local Coldwell Banker Realtor proudly serving the S.C.A.R.E. community by helping keep our financial books organized and running smoothly. With a detail-driven approach and a strong commitment to supporting our members, I’m here to ensure our financial processes stay accurate, transparent, and stress-free while continuing to help families throughout New Hampshire.
Vinia Mendoza – Volunteer
Vinia Mendoza is a practicing physician in Dover NH. Despite her busy practice, she
has found ways to help in the community by volunteering her time at food pantries etc. She initially got involved with SCARE when her daughter, Ileana, collaborated with S.C.A.R.E. to expand to the Seacoast area. Over the last 4 years, she has helped Ileana with coordinating costume collection and distribution events. Her home serves as repository of costumes in the fall. She has also helped with awareness campaigns. She now serves on the board of S.C.A.R.E. and brings valuable insights to the team.
Betsy – Volunteer
Betsy has been so kind in her efforts to support S.C.A.R.E. whether it’s being part of Spookville, helping to build props, even loaning personal props to make ours’ come to life!

Halloween has always been my favorite holiday (and yes it is a holiday!). Growing up I never found a group that felt the same way about it as me.
I work for a non-profit and went to the Nashua Library to look for volunteers. Jesse & Jan were at the table next to me. The enthusiasm they had in May about Halloween, SCARE NH and all things Halloween, I became a volunteer for SCARE NH.
The vision and mission is evident in each event and each costume you hand out. I enjoy being a part of the haunting events and help whenever my schedule permits.
I am looking forward to teaching my grandchild about the magic of Halloween.
